11:00p LUNCH (students bring their OWN)
11:40p Resume rehearsal
1:30p Run-through
1:40p LOAD TRUCK – DINNER PROVIDED
2:20p ENTIRE BAND – Meet in Band room for final comments dressed in bibbers
2:40p Board bus – Roll call
2:55p Depart for BEN DAVIS in bibbers
3:55p Arrive BEN DAVIS – Unload, use restroom get into uniform prep instruments and props
4:45-5:09p Physical Warm-up
5:14-5:38p Musical Warm-up
5:56p Staging
5:59p FISHERS PERFORMANCE
AFTER PERFORMANCE – Bring Props back to busses and return immediately to the stadium.
ENTIRE BAND meet as a group Drum Majors will inform you of location… (near buses and truck)
then return to the stadium for awards (drum majors will line the band up and travel in 2’s
6:12p AWARDS – return to the buses and meet at front of semi-trailer.
Then put instruments away, take uniform off and hang on the carts, board bus to go to FHS
6:50p LOAD BUS AND DEPART FOR FHS!
~8:00p TENTATIVE ARRIVAL FHS – UNLOAD, QUICK MEETING, go Home 🙂
