Todd McCready is the Director of Concert Bands at Fishers High School. He joined the Fishers team in July of 2015. Prior to that, he taught band for six years at Riverside Junior High. Mr. McCready holds degrees from Purdue University (Chemistry) and the IU Jacobs School of Music (Music Education, Euphonium), and was a 2002 graduate of Lawrence Central High School. He has actively performed on euphonium and trombone as a section member and soloist with several area ensembles, including Indianapolis Brass Choir, Indiana Wind Symphony, Fishers Wind Symphony, and Kokomo Park Band. In 2013, he co-founded Fishers Music Works, where he leads the Nickel Plate Jazz Orchestra. Mr. McCready lives in Fishers with his wife, Cait, and three kids, and he counts himself lucky to live and work in a community that values the arts so highly.
Director of Jazz Studies and Orchestral Winds
Charles Kunz is the Director of Jazz Studies at Fishers High School in Fishers, Indiana. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Kunz received his Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas in Denton and his Master of Music from
hails originally from Fishers, IN and was one of the first graduation seniors. Jared did his undergraduate work at Middle Tennessee State University and studied with the acclaimed Lalo Davila and Julie Davila. Jared was a member of Music City Mystique, aWGI Independent World Percussion Ensemble. In addition in teaching percussion at Fishers High School, he also teaches at Sand Creek Intermediate and Fishers Junior High.

Chad Kohler currently serves as the Director of Athletic Bands and Marching Band Director at Fishers High School. Under Chad's direction the Fishers percussion ensembles have consistently won the Indiana Percussion Association
