Following is the schedule for Winter Percussion on February 21, 2015 at Franklin Central:
8:15 a.m. Call time (Movement students)
8:30 a.m. Band rehearsal
11:30 – Lunch (kids bring their own sack lunch)
1:00 p.m. Large chunk rehearsal / logistics
2:00 p.m. Call time (for all Concert World and Open students NOT in Movement)
3:45 p.m. Final run-through
4:00 p.m. Load truck/Dinner
5:15 p.m. Depart FHS
6:00 p.m. Arrive @ Franklin Central and unload
7:00 p.m. Warm up
7:43 p.m. Perform
8:15 p.m. Awards
8:30 p.m. Load bus and trucks
9:15 p.m. Depart Franklin Central
10:00 p.m. Arrive FHS and UNLOAD!*
*Parents/Guardians – Please note that arrival time includes unloading and a quick review. Students will require 30 – 45 additional minutes after arrival before they are ready to be picked up.
