Following is the schedule for Fishers High School Winter Percussion Movement World, Concert Open and Concert World on Saturday, March 21, 2015:
8:00 a.m. MOVEMENT rehearsal
10:30 a.m. CONCERT OPEN report only
11:30 a.m. CONCERT WORLD rehearsal
1:00 p.m. Load and lunch (provided)
2:10 p.m. Depart for Ben Davis
3:10 p.m. Arrive Ben Davis and unload
4:10 p.m. Concert Open warm-up
4:50 p.m. Concert Open performance / After performance push equipment to the outside practice lot to eat sack lunch and play outide. BRING JACKETS!
7:33 p.m. Concert World warm up
8:17 p.m. Concert World performance
8:32 p.m. Movement World warm up
9:10 p.m. Movement World performance
Load truck immediately after performance
10:30 p.m. Awards
11:00 p.m. Load bus and depart for FHS
11:45 p.m. Arrive FHS UNLOAD!*
Please remember to add another 30 minutes (minimum) to return time for unloading and any review that might occur.
Please bring BLACK SHOE AND SOCKS for concert
ensembles, water bottle for water breaks and snack as
necessary!
