There are two volunteer needs for Winterfest on Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12.


Each year the Band, Choir, Orchestra, and Speech parents provide support for the PA Festival.  Our role this year is to serve dessert and beverages at the After Party on Saturday following the 3 pm matinee performance.  Please go to VolunteerSpot and sign up to assist either before, starting at 12:30 pm or during the party beginning at 5 pm.


We will need 4 Parent Chaperones for each Winterfest performance. 

Here are the details:

WHO:  4 Chaperones per Performance (2 for the Band Room & 2 for the PALGI).

(REMINDER:  ALL Chaperone Roles require current background & anti-bullying checks w/in the last 3 years with FHS.)

WHEN:  Report Time is 6:30pm on Friday; 2:30pm on Saturday.

TICKETS:  We will not be responsible for the ticket booth.

WHAT:  Parent will be overseeing students while in the Band Room & PALGI. *

(* IMPORTANT NOTE:  Chaperones will NOT get to watch the show when chaperoning because the bands will not sit in the auditorium during the performances. So, if you have a Friday performer, please consider chaperoning on Saturday or vice versa.)
