11:30am – Meet in the FHS Band room
12:00 pm – Rehearsal on the Practice field
2:00 pm – Break
2:30 pm – Rehearsal in the stadium with Hats & Shoes
4:00 pm – Load Equipment & Eat Sack Dinner
4:45 pm – Pow Wow in Auditorium
5:15 pm – Final Check & Load the busses
5:30 pm – Depart for Avon HS
6:30 pm – Arrive at Avon HS unload equipment & change into uniform
7:25 pm – Band in full uniform assembled and ready to roll
7:33 pm – Report & transit to warm up
7:46 pm – Physical Warm Up in area “B”
8:15 pm – Music Warm Up in area “B”
8:39 pm – Transit to performance
8:52 pm – Stage
8:55 pm – PERFORMANCE
9:05 pm – Exit the field, back to busses and change then go watch other “A” bands
10:50 pm – Awards Ceremony
11:20 pm – Load busses
11:30 pm –and depart for FHS
12:30 pm – Arrive back at FHS and unload
REMEMBER…
- Bring your marching shoes & Black socks
- Have EVERYTHING you need to make your instrument work properly
- Be on time (When you’re late…the entire band is late)
- Be respectful of those who are volunteering their time to help our band
- Dress for the weather
- Take care of the uniform
- We are guests at Avon, please respect their facilities
- Pick up trash…
Here we go!Listen to all direction and be ready to roll. Have fun, relax, and enjoy performing with pride and passion. Also enjoy listening and watching other bands do their thing. We are very proud of all you have accomplished since July. Remember, do your best and you will be successful no matter the score. GO TIGERS!
