Thanks to everyone who volunteered to support the Bands Of America 2014 Regional Championships on Saturday, October 25th. Contact Becky Miller or Robyn Miller with any specific questions about the date or volunteering. Spots have been filled, but there is always room for more if you have the time.
Once you have signed up, you will be receiving an email 2 days prior from the online system we used “Voluteer Spot” that will remind you of the date and time of the shift you selected to do.
Parking passes will be passed out again on Thursday Night the last 30 mins of practice (by the Nurses Area) and Friday Night outside of the band room prior to the game.
The parking pass shows the map of the area around Lucas Oil, designated FREE parking area and the door where you are to report for check in. Make sure you leave the parking pass on your dashboard of your car so they know your parking is taken care of.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift so we can get you signed in, your name badge, t-shirt and for you to walk to your area to man for the shift. This will also give you time to be trained by the prior worker and/or a member of the Music for All staff on your simple duties.
If your position is an outside position, please dress for the elements in layers as well as you will have your “RED” name badge which the buses and trucks will be looking for.
If there are any questions you are asked during the day that you cannot answer, please help the person find a member of the Music for All staff to get the answer. They are the experts.
