Friday, August 2nd is FAMILY COMMUNITY NIGHT!!

It is a great chance to meet other families, learn information about the marching band and see the marchers perform! We will start around 6:30 pm and Texas Roadhouse, Moe’s, and Domino’s will have dinner items for sale…so come hungry and be sure to bring cash! KettleKorn will also be there for a sweet after-dinner treat. We will have some tables and chairs set up, but you can bring your own lawn chairs if you’d like. And it looks like it’s going to be a warm, sunny evening so if you have a canopy you might want to bring that, too.

After we eat, we will move to the stadium to watch the kids perform what they learned during their two weeks of band camp. If you are able to help us set up and/or tear down tables and chairs, there are volunteer spots available in CutTime.

Food Committee will have a tent set up. We will be taking snack donations that night for our competition season. Listed below are all the snacks that we will need for the season. If you don’t have time to shop we are also taking money to go towards band snacks and dinners for the kids.
